What we do

Every year, major retailers and distributors end up with merchandise they cannot sell through normal channels — overstock, discontinued finishes, open-box items, and customer returns that were opened and sent back. It is perfectly good product. It just cannot go back on the shelf.

We buy that merchandise by the manifest, inspect it, and sell it directly to homeowners, contractors, and remodelers at roughly 50% of what it costs at retail.

That is how a Kohler pull-down kitchen faucet ends up here for $514 instead of $1,033, and a Capital Lighting chandelier for $414 instead of $828.

What overstock and returns actually means

We are straight about condition, because that is the whole basis of the deal.

Our items are not used. What they are is unsold or once-returned. Packaging is often opened, sometimes taped back up, sometimes missing entirely. A box may have a shelf-worn corner. Occasionally an item is missing a minor accessory, and when it is, we say so on the product page.

What you will not find here is anything installed, broken, or misrepresented. If we cannot tell what condition something is in, we do not list it.

Why we are cheaper

There is no mystery to it. We buy in bulk, at auction, by the pallet. We do not pay for a showroom, a sales floor, or a brand margin. We pass most of that difference on and keep a working margin for ourselves.

What we stock

Lighting and ceiling fans, plumbing fixtures — faucets, sinks, toilets, shower systems — door and cabinet hardware, and electrical. Brands like Kohler, Delta, Moen, Brizo, Signature Hardware, Kichler, Progress Lighting, Baldwin, Emtek, and Hampton Bay.

Inventory turns over monthly as new manifests come in. If you do not see what you need this month, check back, or tell us what you are looking for and we will watch for it.
