Trade accounts at E3 Selections

We supply designers, builders, remodelers and property investors with brand-name lighting, plumbing, electrical and hardware — the same Kohler, Delta, Brizo, Hinkley and Signature Hardware product sold in showrooms, at roughly half of current retail.

Stock comes from manifested overstock and customer returns, and it changes every month. Because of that, we price and confirm availability per request rather than running an open shopping cart.

How it works

1. Apply below. We approve accounts by hand, normally within one business day.
2. Browse and request. Once you are approved, pricing appears across the whole catalogue. Send us the tag numbers or product names you want.
3. We issue a sales order. You get an itemised invoice with availability and condition confirmed on every line, and a payment link. Nothing is charged until you approve it.
4. Collect or take delivery. Pickup in Denton, free next-day delivery across DFW on orders over $150, or freight nationwide.

What we need from you

• Business name and what you do — design, GC, flipping, property management
• Texas resale certificate number, if you have one
• The categories you buy most
• Rough monthly spend, so we know what to hold back for you

Worth knowing before you apply

Almost everything we carry is overstock or a customer return. Most is unused and in original packaging, but boxes are opened, and some items are missing trim pieces or hardware. We list condition on every line of a sales order, and we would rather lose a sale than surprise you on site.

Quantities are genuinely limited. When a manifest sells through, that item is gone — we cannot reorder it. If you are specifying for a job, tell us early and we will hold it.
