Welcome to E3 Selections. By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
About our products
E3 Selections sells overstock, open-box, and customer-return merchandise acquired from major retailers and distributors. Items are not used, but packaging may be opened, imperfect, or missing, and some items may show minor cosmetic handling marks. The condition of each item is stated on its product page.
We are an independent reseller. We are not an authorized dealer for, and are not affiliated with or endorsed by, any of the brands we sell. Brand names and model numbers are used only to identify the products offered.
Manufacturer warranties
Because these items are overstock and returned merchandise sold outside the original retail channel, manufacturer warranties may be limited, voided, or unavailable. We make no representation that any manufacturer warranty applies. Our own Return and Refund Policy is what protects your purchase.
Product information and pricing
We work hard to describe every item accurately, including dimensions, finish, and what is included. Product photos may be manufacturer stock images showing the same model. Where an item photo is not the actual unit, that is noted, and we are glad to send real photos of the exact piece on request.
Compare-at prices shown are the manufacturer suggested retail price, or the price at a major retailer at the time we listed the item. Actual retail prices vary.
We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability, and to cancel any order affected by such an error. If we cancel an order for this reason, you receive a full refund.
Inventory and availability
Most items are one-of-a-kind or available in very small quantities. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. In the rare case an item sells before your order is fulfilled, we will contact you and issue a full refund.
Installation and suitability
Plumbing and electrical products should be installed by a qualified professional and in accordance with local codes. It is the buyer responsibility to confirm that an item is suitable and code-compliant for their intended use. E3 Selections is not liable for installation costs, property damage, or injury arising from installation or use of products purchased from us.
Orders and payment
Payment is processed securely at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud or an unauthorized transaction.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of E3 Selections for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that item.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies.
