Refund policy

E3 Selections sells overstock, open-box, and customer-return merchandise sourced from major retailers and distributors. Items are not used, but packaging may be opened, imperfect, or missing. Every item is described as accurately as we can, and the condition is stated on the product page.

What we accept

Because our inventory is overstock and customer-return merchandise, all items are sold as described. If an item arrives damaged, is missing parts, or does not match its listing, contact us within 14 days of pickup or delivery and we will make it right with a refund or a replacement.

We do not accept change-of-mind returns.

How to start a return

Email sales@e3selections.com or call (945) 334-5270 within 14 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will respond within one business day with return instructions.

Please do not ship an item back before contacting us — returns sent without prior authorization cannot be processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

If a return is approved because the item was damaged, incomplete, or not as described, we cover return shipping and refund the original shipping charge as well.

Inspecting at pickup

For local pickup orders in Denton, TX, we encourage you to inspect your item before you leave. It is the fastest way to resolve any issue, and we are happy to give you the time to do it.

Items we cannot accept back

  • Items that have been installed, modified, or altered
  • Items missing parts or packaging they were supplied with
  • Items reported more than 14 days after pickup or delivery
  • Clearance or bundle lots sold as-is, where this is stated on the product page

Damage in transit

If your order arrives damaged, keep the packaging and send us photos within 14 days. We will file the carrier claim on your behalf.
