Shipping policy

E3 Selections is based in Denton, Texas. We offer three ways to get your order.

Free next-day delivery in DFW on orders over $150

Orders over $150 placed within the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex are delivered free, the next business day. Order by 4:00 PM and your items arrive the following business day. We will contact you to arrange a delivery window.

DFW delivery covers Denton, Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, Arlington, Irving, Garland, Grand Prairie, Lewisville, McKinney, Carrollton, Richardson, and surrounding communities within 50 miles of our Denton warehouse. If you are unsure whether we reach you, call or email before ordering and we will confirm.

Orders under $150 are welcome for free pickup in Denton, or can be shipped at standard rates.

Large or heavy items — vanities, sinks, chandeliers, multi-box orders — may need a scheduled window. We will always call ahead.

Free local pickup in Denton

Pickup is free with no minimum order, and is usually ready within about 4 hours. Select Pickup at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready. Bring your order confirmation.

We encourage you to inspect your item at pickup. If something is not right, we will resolve it on the spot.

Nationwide shipping

We ship anywhere in the continental United States. Shipping is calculated at checkout by FedEx based on the weight and dimensions of your order and the destination.

  • Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days
  • Typical transit time is 3–7 business days depending on distance and item size
  • Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships
  • Oversized items such as large sinks, vanities and long fixtures may ship by freight; we will contact you to confirm cost and delivery details before charging anything extra

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. Contact us if you need a quote for those destinations.

How we pack

Our inventory is overstock and customer returns, so original packaging is sometimes opened or imperfect. We repack anything that needs it so your item arrives safely, and we photograph fragile items before they leave.

If something arrives damaged

Keep the packaging and send us photos within 14 days. We will file the carrier claim and take care of a refund or replacement. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
